Arctech had no structured way to understand the LATAM solar and BESS market. Data was fragmented across 7+ countries, there was no intelligence framework, and the regional team was partnering with HQ leadership in China.
Goal
Build a regional market intelligence system from scratch: mapping regulatory landscapes, competitive positioning, and market opportunities to guide commercial decision-making.
Result
Identified 10+ GW of business opportunities across LATAM through structured market intelligence. Built the framework now used for executive decision-making, and developed "Decoding Sur" strategic account analysis presented directly to the CEO.
